At AMOS we’ll be exploring 2024’s theme State of Innovation by showcasing Asheville residents and nonprofits who are coming up with amazing inventions, programs, and initiatives that make our city more innovative, exciting, and colorful through food science!
Drop in for a Sidewalk Science demo: use quick science tricks to make your own “on the go” ice cream, explore food dyes and printmaking, and experiment with bread making and yeast reactions!
