Join AMOS for our popular Science Pub Series!
Once a month, AMOS hosts a night of interesting science for the public to enjoy completely FREE of charge. We bring in a local scientist to present on their expertise to a crowd of interested Ashevillians.
Want to learn more about Neanderthals, dog behavior, brewing beer, local food systems, gravitational waves, the neuroscience of bias, or anything in between? Join us as we explore the vast world of science one speaker at a time. If an awesome night of free science wasn’t enough, we’ve teamed up with the Asheville Brewing Alliance to provide free beverages and light bites!
Our AMOS Science Pub line-up is co-hosted by The Collider. Each AMOS Science Pub is held at The Collider on 1 Haywood St (4th Floor of the Wells Fargo Building across from Pritchard Park). Doors open at 5:30pm and presentation begins at 6:30pm.
