A Celebration with Purpose

Under the Stars is AMOS’s signature annual fundraiser and one of our favorite nights of the year. Together, we’ll celebrate what our community has made possible and help build an exciting future for science learning across Western North Carolina.

What To Expect at Under the Stars

VIP Reception

VIP guests are invited to begin the celebration early with an exclusive reception from 5:30–6:30 PM. Enjoy additional time to connect with AMOS supporters, sponsors, community leaders, and special guests before the main event begins.

Premier Auction

Bid on a carefully selected collection of memorable experiences, travel opportunities, local favorites, special packages, and one-of-a-kind items. Auction previews and bidding information to come.

Musical Guest

Cloud Circuit will bring an energetic blend of atmospheric electronica, trip-hop, funk, and indie rock to Under the Stars—creating the perfect soundtrack for a festive evening of discovery and celebration.

For 10 years, AMOS has inspired curious minds and connected children, families, educators, and visitors with hands-on science.

This milestone is an opportunity to celebrate how far we have come while looking toward what is ahead. At Under the Stars, we will recognize the people and partnerships that helped build AMOS and share a glimpse of the museum’s exciting future.

Your ticket is more than admission to a great evening—it is an investment in curiosity, learning, and discovery throughout WNC.

Funds raised support hands-on exhibits, field trips, outreach education, accessible museum admission, STEM programming, and the educators and resources that bring these experiences to life.
