Megan Walker
Megan joined the AMOS Team in the summer of 2019; first as a Volunteer Coordinator prior to becoming the Education Advisor. She holds a BS in Animal Science from Virginia Tech with a minor in Ag Business, and a MA in Education from Regis University. She taught high school for over 10 years, and is certified in all sciences, primarily in teaching Biology and AP Biology.
Megan adds her expertise and teaching background with all programming offered at AMOS. She strives to make STEM accessible and exciting for all age learners.
Megan stays busy outside of AMOS with her three children, enjoying all sports, hiking, being outside, and swimming/boating on the lake in summertime.
