AMOS’ Homeschool spring semester is perfect for elementary aged learners, ages 6-11 years old. Our signature Semester of Science is a four-class series that meets each month from February through May. For the spring 2020 semester we will learn about the human body, discover the wonderful world of plants, explore WNC’s biodiversity through the connectedness of the food web, and dig deep into soil!
Spots are limited to 10 participants per semester to keep a small educator to student ratio.
February 25 – Learn About the Body: Human Anatomy & Physiology
March 24 – Plants: Life Cycle & Photosynthesis
April 21 – Ecology: Biodiversity & Food Webs
May 19 – Stratigraphy: Dig into the Past
Time: 1:30 – 2:30 pm
Age Appropriateness: 6-11 years old

Student = $50.00
1 Parent/Guardian Per Child= Complimentary
Semester fee includes museum admission after each class.
For Parents/Guardians:
Anyone coming to the Asheville Museum of Science, who is under 16 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult and remain in museum.
