Abigail Malmborg
Prior to joining AMOS, Abby worked as a researcher in toxicology and as a science communicator between academic departments at East Carolina University.
With a heavy background in molecular biology, Abby is able to help us expand our expertise by exploring all concentrations in the broad field of science. She strives to make scientific communication understandable and informative for all audiences.
Abby enjoys spending time outside playing with her dog, reading and researching science. Originally from Vermont, her favorite sport is skiing but she enjoys the warmer spring seasons of North Carolina. She someday hopes to work in the field of environmental justice after developing her skills as an educator.
