Join us at the Collider August 31, for free beer and a stimulating talk about the science of machining with mechanical engineer, Bethany Stolevski. Bethany will explain how auto parts are made with a high pressure die cast machine at GFLinamar. Science and engineering plays a huge role in making a quality part, avoiding the high cost of scrap. She will explain how each step of the process involves a deep understanding of science.
Doors open at 5:30 pm and talks begin at 6:00 pm.
