Saturday STEAM: Space Junk

Think asteroids and meteorites are a serious threat? You should learn about the growing amount of human made Space Junk that not litters near earth orbits, it is traveling up to 22,000 miles an hour in a beehive of potential collisions.  This debris has become a threat to all spacecraft in Earth orbit. Join us in the STEM lab for a special screening of the documentary Space Junk, followed by a Q & A with American astrophysicist and former NASA scientist Don Kessler known for his studies regarding space debris.
