Lego Robotics Intensive
Students will dive into an introduction and exploration of Lego EV3 Robotics, learning to work with gears, sensors, motors, and programming software. They will learn standard based math and science concepts to achieve self-set goals that will be showcased to family in the final session. Students will explore the engineering process and see what it takes to become a First Lego League competitor.
This three-week intensive is geared towards ages 8-13 and will be broken up into two-hour sessions (3:30pm-5:30pm) on the following dates:
Week one: Jan 23rd & 24th
Week two: Jan 30th & 31th
Week three: Feb 6th & 7th
We ask that parents provide their child with a snack that can be consumed during the snack break. Parental supervision is not required during these sessions and we strongly encourage parents to drop their child off. If you would like to leave the premises during the intensive, please sign the appropriate release forms in the registration link. This program has a maximum capacity of 10-students in order to ensure a small student to instructor ratio.
